OUR RETURN POLICY (VINTAGE & BYGONES, ALL GOODS)
We are so happy you decided to purchase our goods and want you to return and buy from us again so we will always consider all factors when or if you need to return the item. When purchasing any of our clothing and accessories please ask questions prior to purchasing as all sales are considered final unless there is a definitive reason for the return request. Store credit and or exchanges are definitely always an option.
RETURN POLICY CONDITIONS
We must be notified within 2 days of your item being delivered for your return request. An e-mail is sufficient to let us know if you have issues with your purchase. Past this 48 hours delivered window, exchanges/store credits are the only return options considered.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Buyer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your purchase, unless it was grossly misrepresented. Before we ship, it is inspected by two persons, myself and my helper.
We highly suggest getting tracking information or purchasing shipping insurance especially if you are returning something from overseas. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All orders handled as an exchange/store credit will be charged with a 10% restock fee. Shipping fees are non refundable.
Your store credit is good for 1 year after date of issue.
